Roles & Responsibilities:<\/b>

Recruitment<\/b>: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.

Onboarding<\/b>: Handle new employee orientations and documentation.
<\/p>

HR Administration:<\/b> <\/span>Maintain employee records, contracts, and benefits.
<\/p>

Leave Management: <\/span><\/b>Track and manage employee leave requests.
<\/p>

Supervision: <\/span><\/b>Ensure company policies are followed by employees.
<\/p>

Office Administration: <\/span><\/b>Support office admin and procurement.
<\/p>

Employee Engagement:<\/b> <\/span>Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.
<\/p>

Training & Development:<\/b> <\/span>Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
<\/p>

Reporting:<\/b> <\/span>Generate HR\-related reports and maintain records.
<\/p>

Preparation : <\/span><\/b>Process and Sop for all functions.
