Are you warm, friendly, and love helping others? Beauty 100 Wellness is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our vibrant Raffles Place outlet. As our clients’ first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable, 5-star experiences from the moment they step in.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Greet and welcome all clients with a bright smile and professional manner

· Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and daily schedules efficiently

· Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and client queries

· Support the team with general admin duties such as data entry, forms, and filing

· Maintain a clean, inviting, and organized front desk and lounge area

· Coordinate client flow and ensure smooth handover between consultants and therapists

· Assist in daily sales closing reports and basic payment handling

✅ What We’re Looking For:

· Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or similar customer-facing role preferred

· A warm and professional communication style – fluent in English (Mandarin bonus!). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

· Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and appointment systems

· Strong multitasker with attention to detail, especially during peak hours

· Friendly and service mindset – you set the tone for the entire client journey!

· Able to commit to 4-5 weekdays + Saturday, 10AM to 8PM
