We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist with prior call center experience to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a high volume of incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct a high volume of incoming calls using a multi-line phone systemGreet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional mannerTransfer calls accurately and efficiently to appropriate departmentsManage voicemail messages and ensure timely follow-upSchedule appointments and maintain calendars as neededMaintain reception area organization and professionalismPerform data entry and update customer information in CRM or internal systemsAssist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and mail distributionSupport internal departments with customer inquiries and documentationMaintain confidentiality of sensitive informationHandle customer concerns calmly and escalate issues when appropriate
