We are now expanding our locations in Lagos and we need a receptionist to serve as the first point of contact at Campus HQ and play a critical role in shaping first impressions. This role ensures a professional, welcoming, and well\-organized front desk experience for members, guests, and partners.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/div>

Responsibilities: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

  • Serve as the first point of contact, warmly welcoming tenants, visitors, and guests and ensuring a professional front\-of\-house experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Manage day\-to\-day front desk operations, including visitor registration, phone calls, mail handling, and courier deliveries.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and support smooth day\-to\-day workspace operations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain a tidy, well\-presented, and inviting reception area at all times.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the operations and community teams as required. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Visitor & tenant experience: Consistently professional service with minimal complaints and positive feedback.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Front desk efficiency: Calls, visitors, mail, and deliveries handled accurately and on time.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Meeting room support: Bookings and room setups executed without conflicts or delays.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Reception standards: Reception areas kept clean, organised, and brand\-appropriate at all times.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

      • 3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer\-facing role.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Professional appearance and customer\-first mindset.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
