Receptionist
Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees at SDI - Roanoke, Bar Division. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, handle incoming calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and a positive experience for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage visitor logs.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveries.
- Manage, organize and restock office supply inventory.
- Ensure the receptionist area remains organized and presentable.
- Other duties as assigned to support the Roanoke Bar Division.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk or adminitrative role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and courtesous demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to muti-task.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
