The Receptionist will serve as the face and voice of the organization, creating a welcoming atmosphere while managing front office operations with efficiency and professionalism. The role supports administrative functions and contributes to a positive brand image.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate contacts or departments.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage the organization's main phone line and handle general inquiries efficiently.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized and reflects a professional image.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate courier services, deliveries and incoming/outgoing correspondence.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support office administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling and managing supplies.<\/span>
<\/p>

Any other responsibilities that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Diploma in Business Administration, Front Office Operations, or a related field.<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy corporate environment.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/span>
