You will be the primary face and voice of our brand, ensuring that our local studio and corporate workspace operate seamlessly while delivering an unforgettable first impression to high\-profile clients, stakeholders, and visitors.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h3>1. Front Desk & Guest Experience Management \n<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/h4>Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, welcoming clients, investors, contractors, and team members with a professional and engaging demeanor.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Manage the visitor registry, coordinate guest check\-ins, and seamlessly route clients to scheduled design presentations or boardroom meetings.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Efficiently handle incoming phone calls, filter inquiries, and redirect them to the appropriate project, supply chain, or design teams.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/h4>Supervise daily office upkeep, liaising closely with facility teams and janitorial staff to maintain a spotless workspace environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Manage the inventory pipeline for office supplies, stationery, and front\-desk pantry items, tracking usage and executing timely procurement requests.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Receive, sort, and dispatch incoming mail, couriers, architectural material samples, and critical vendor invoices.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Coordinate internal meeting room calendars and schedule boardroom bookings to prevent internal logistical friction.\n <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
