Recreation Assistant (Facility Assistant) NF-02

This position is located at Magrath Sports Complex but may fill other vacancies in the Business Recreation Division. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will NOT be paid. Assists the Facility Manager in daily operations, circulating among patrons to provide information, ensure satisfactory service, and give general instruction on the proper use of equipment and facilities.

Manages facility readiness by adjusting for program changes, setting up for events and athletic activities, conducting classes, and performing or monitoring facility cleanliness.

Handles equipment logistics, including issuing and receiving items for authorized users, assisting with property inventory, and monitoring equipment condition to track maintenance, repair, or replacement.

Contributes to program promotion by assisting with the publicity of events and the marketing of posters, flyers, and other promotional materials.
