Recruiter (1-year contract)

Role Overview:

The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of direct labour workers, ensuring timely fulfilment of manpower needs in production, assembly, logistics, and cleanroom operations. This role requires strong stakeholder management, familiarity with high-volume hiring, and the ability to navigate workforce regulations in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for direct labour roles (e.g., material handlers, machine operators, assembly workers, cleanroom workers).
  • Manage interview scheduling, coordinate with HR, and ensure smooth candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, networking and career fairs
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore’s Employment Act and company policies in recruitment practices.
  • Support onboarding processes and handover to HR operations.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years focused on direct labour/manufacturing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore’s labour market and workforce regulations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with vocational training institutions and polytechnic pipelines.
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment under tight timelines.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in change management and candidate engagement strategies.

Budget: Up to $4.5k/mth

Location: North

(1-year contract renewable)
