Recruiter

This is a remote position.

As a Recruiter, you'll be a key part of our talent acquisition team, helping us find and hire the best people to grow our company. This is a great opportunity for someone who is just starting their career in recruiting and wants to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You'll be involved in the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and making job offers.
Responsibilities
  • Source and identify qualified candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and our internal database.
  • Screen resumes and applications to ensure candidates meet the basic qualifications for open positions.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess a candidate's skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and interview notes.
  • Assist in the creation and posting of job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive experience for all involved.
  • Support the recruiting team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to learn.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus, but not required.
