What You'll Be Doing

• Sourcing and identifying candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and headhunting activities.
• Conducting candidate interviews and assessing suitability for various opportunities.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Understanding clients' hiring needs and matching suitable talent to open positions.
• Coordinating interviews and managing the recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage.
• Providing career advice and guidance to candidates throughout their job search journey.
• Supporting business development activities and identifying opportunities with prospective clients.
• Keeping up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry hiring activities.
