NATURE AND SCOPE OF JOB

The Driver Recruiter supports by managing high-volume hiring within the autonomous driving sector. The role involves sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates while maintaining strong organisation and attention to detail.

SHIFT:

Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

START DATE:

Monday 1st June, 2026

SALARY:

GYD 160,000 Base + Commission

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Source and attract qualified driver candidates
• Conduct initial phone screenings
• Assess candidates against hiring criteria
• Ensure candidate documentation is complete and accurate
• Submit qualified candidates through designated platforms/ATS
• Track candidate progress and maintain records
• Maintain quality standards in candidate submissions
• Support ongoing high-volume hiring targets

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of five (5) CSEC subjects, including English
• A minimum of one (1) year of recruitment and leadership experience is required
  
• Driver recruiting experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable working US time zones
• Tech-comfortable (ATS, spreadsheets, portals)
• Able to work independently in a target-driven environment
