Recruiter

SUMMARY


We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously, and a proactive approach to identifying and engaging top talent.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Identify suitable candidates and assess their qualifications by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating other forms of communication.
  • Source candidates proactively through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels to build a strong talent pipeline
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific needs and roles to be filled, ensuring alignment between candidate profiles and team requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Create detailed job descriptions and post them on relevant media platforms, ensuring clarity and accuracy in job requirements.
  • Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously, prioritizing workload to meet hiring timelines across various roles and clients.
  • Maintain regular contact with candidates to keep them updated on the status of their applications, providing timely feedback and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)


JOB QUALIFICATIONS


  • Strong full cycle recruitment experience, with prior agency recruitment experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles and requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as BambooHR or similar recruitment platforms.
  • Proficient in leveraging job boards and sourcing platforms, with strong hands-on experience in LinkedIn Recruiter and similar tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
