Recruiting Analyst

Brief Job Description: -

Responsible for the execution and coordination of the company's recruitment, training, employee relationship management and human resources related affairs.

Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each: -

(This will describe the overall core responsibilities of the role, decision making responsibilities etc.)

  • Responsible for the management and implementation of human resources processes.
  • Handle daily personnel affairs of employees.
  • Implement company human resources policies and programs.

Qualifications: -

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, human resource planning or related majors are preferred.
  • Familiar with labor laws and regulations, with good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in using Office software.
  • IELTS 7.0/TOEFL 100 or above or English major level 8, with good English written and oral communication skills are preferred.

Physical & Environmental Demands: -

  • Work is performed mainly in the office.

Time Travel Required: -

  • (None, 10%, 25%, 50%, 75%) 25%
