As a Recruiting Manager at Emma, you will play a critical role in scaling our global teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent. As an individual contributor, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned business areas and act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leaders. You will combine strong execution with data-driven decision-making to deliver an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience while helping Emma attract top talent in highly competitive markets.

What You'll Do

End-to-End Recruitment
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handover.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and candidate profiles.
  • Drive recruitment processes across multiple functions and geographies, ensuring a high-quality and efficient hiring experience.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, assessing both technical and behavioral competencies.
  • Coordinate interview processes and provide hiring recommendations based on structured evaluation methods.
  • Manage offer preparation and negotiations in partnership with People Operations and business leaders.
  • Talent Sourcing & Market Mapping
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent communities, networking events, and other sourcing channels.
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping to support workforce planning and strategic hiring initiatives.
  • Business Partnership
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership teams on recruitment best practices, talent availability, and market trends.
  • Provide guidance on role calibration, interview design, candidate assessment, and hiring decisions.
  • Challenge hiring assumptions when appropriate and recommend alternative approaches to attract the best talent.
  • Recruitment Excellence
  • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance hiring effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Employer Branding
  • Support initiatives that strengthen Emma's employer brand and employee value proposition.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring candidates have a compelling and authentic experience with Emma.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on recruitment marketing and talent attraction campaigns.
  • Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, international, or high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of hiring for diverse functions and seniority levels.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and experience engaging passive candidates.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational priorities and talent needs.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to guide decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.
