Recruitment & Administration Coordinator – HR Department
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse hotel roles
- Conduct interviews and work closely with hiring managers
- Manage onboarding processes and prepare employee documentation
- Maintain HR systems and employee data
- Support HR activities, training, and employee welfare initiatives
Handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks in the HR department
What We're Looking For
- Experience in recruitment and/or administration (hospitality/service – big advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong service orientation
- High-level English (spoken & written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
- Full-time position availability
