We're looking for driven, commercially-minded individuals to join our Engineering practice and Executive Leadership recruitment.

This is not a typical recruitment role.

You'll be partnering directly with business leaders, advising clients on talent strategy, and building relationships with professionals who shape organisations. Whether you're already in recruitment or coming from a sales background, this role offers a platform to build a highly rewarding and long-term career.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Business Development

Build and develop relationships with key decision-makers, uncover hiring needs, and win new business opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships.

  • Executive Search & Talent Mapping

Identify, engage, and attract high-calibre professionals through proactive headhunting and market networking.

  • End-to-End Recruitment

Manage the full recruitment process from client briefing and candidate assessment through to offer management and successful placement.

  • Market Intelligence

Advise clients on salary benchmarks, hiring trends, competitor movements, and talent availability within your market.

  • Relationship Building

Develop a strong network of industry professionals and become a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Commercially Driven Individuals

Experience in recruitment, business development, sales, account management, or other client-facing environments is highly advantageous.

  • A Growth Mindset

Resilient, ambitious, and motivated by performance. You enjoy setting targets and pushing yourself beyond them.
