Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a strong candidate pool aligned with client needs
- Provide expert recruitment insights to enhance hiring processes and outcomes
- Source suitable candidates using new and existing channels, including social media platforms
- Assess candidate profiles against job requirements to ensure fit and suitability
- Manage key client accounts by understanding hiring needs and timelines to deliver exceptional service
- Conduct phone screenings with shortlisted candidates to evaluate role suitability and coordinate interviews
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by proactively addressing staffing needs and challenges
- Support marketing and sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities for client portfolio growth
- Coach and mentor interns and junior recruiters on sourcing, screening, matching, and closing candidates
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience in agency, BPO, or client-facing recruiting roles
- Experience mentoring or coaching team members is an advantage
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Resourcefulness and self-drive to meet independent targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through client and candidate interactions
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively as a team player
