Job Summary

Join BGC Group as a recruitment professional to build talent pools, manage client accounts, and deliver exceptional hiring solutions while coaching junior team members and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a strong candidate pool aligned with client needs
• Provide expert recruitment insights to enhance hiring processes and outcomes
• Source suitable candidates using new and existing channels, including social media platforms
• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements to ensure fit and suitability
• Manage key client accounts by understanding hiring needs and timelines to deliver exceptional service
• Conduct phone screenings with shortlisted candidates to evaluate role suitability and coordinate interviews
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by proactively addressing staffing needs and challenges
• Support marketing and sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities for client portfolio growth
• Coach and mentor interns and junior recruiters on sourcing, screening, matching, and closing candidates

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience in agency, BPO, or client-facing recruiting roles
• Experience mentoring or coaching team members is an advantage
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced recruitment environment
• Resourcefulness and self-drive to meet independent targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through client and candidate interactions
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively as a team player
