Recruitment Consultant (Candidate Sourcing Focus)

📍 Location: Chinatown Point, Singapore

We’re expanding and looking for a hands-on Recruiter who thrives in high-volume, blue-collar hiring and can move fast on the ground.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Source and place candidates for blue-collar / frontline roles (e.g. production, warehouse, F&B, operations)
• Post and optimise job ads across MCF, FastJobs, JobStreet, social platforms
• Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates efficiently (walk-ins / WhatsApp / calls)
• Manage high-volume pipelines and ensure fast turnaround for clients
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and placements
• Maintain accurate tracking of candidates using Excel
• Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates

👷 What We’re Looking For

• CEI Certified (Basic / KAH)
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in blue-collar / mass hiring
• Proven ability to hit KPIs and placement targets
• Comfortable handling high-volume roles and fast-paced timelines
• Strong communication skills (English; Mandarin is a plus for ground communication)
• Independent, resourceful, and execution-driven
