We’re a growing recruitment agency managing hires across diverse functions and industries Business is moving, desks are growing, and we’re looking for driven recruiters who want more than just a “job”.

💼 What you’ll be doing

• Managing recruitment activities across candidate delivery and client support
• Building and owning your candidate and potentially, client pipelines
• Closing deals and hitting (and exceeding) targets
• Working across contract or permanent roles in multiple industries (depending on team)
• Figuring things out, testing what works, and moving fast (because SME life)

🔥 Who we’re looking for

You might be entry-level or experienced - but you must be hungry. You are:

• Sales-driven and motivated by incentives & commissions
• Independent & self-motivated - you don’t need constant hand-holding
• A growth mindset kind of person (learn fast, adapt faster)
• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable closing deals
• Not afraid to try, fail, tweak, and try again
