Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a confident and personable individual who enjoys building relationships and communicating with people from all walks of life. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in sales, business development, account management, customer service or other client-facing commercial roles who are looking to build a rewarding career with excellent progression, uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to become a specialist within the maritime industry.

You will join a specialist team, working closely with clients and professionals to build long-term partnerships, identify talent, and create business opportunities. Previous recruitment experience is not required, as comprehensive training and support will be provided.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success or commercial experience roles.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude, resilience and a strong desire to succeed.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in developing business opportunities.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results oriented.
• Interest in the maritime industry would be advantageous, although prior maritime knowledge or experience is not required.
• Previous recruitment experience is welcome but not essential.
