Recruitment Consultant I Senior Recruitment Consultant

• Manage the full 360° recruitment process
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
• Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs and expectations
• Source, screen, interview, and select suitable candidates
• Deliver excellent customer service to both clients and candidates

Requirements

• Nitec / Diploma / Degree in any discipline
• CEI certification is an added advantage
• Strong passion for recruitment and sales
• Self-driven, enthusiastic, and results-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for Senior Recruitment Consultant roles.
