RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT [PPA2-001-05]

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract top talent through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referral channels
  • Use headhunting techniques to proactively engage passive candidates who may not be actively job seeking
  • Conduct thorough screening calls and structured interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Guide candidates with genuine care — from resume advice and interview preparation through to career development conversations
  • Craft compelling job advertisements and post them strategically across relevant platforms to attract the right applicants
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate sourcing right through to successful job placement
  • Coordinate interview arrangements between clients and candidates, ensuring both parties are well-prepared and informed
  • Build and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all candidate and client interactions in the recruitment database

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • People-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, proactive, and motivated by achieving results
  • Comfortable engaging with both candidates and clients professionally
