Pay Range

£27,500 - £36,500 per annum + uncapped bonus

Job Description

Whether you are an experienced recruiter or coming from a sales background and looking for your next challenge, we are seeking individuals who thrive on targets, enjoy building relationships and are motivated by both financial reward and career progression. This will be working in a recruitment market in the industrial sector and would suit candidates that love working to targets and in a fast paced environment.

At Reed, you are not just filling roles, you are changing lives, shaping careers and building your own success story. This is managing a fast paced Industrial and Logistics desk.

What you will be doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take full ownership of your desk and manage the entire 360° recruitment lifecycle:

  • Win new business through proactive B2B sales activity (calls, LinkedIn, networking)
  • Build and develop client relationships into long-term partnerships
  • Source and headhunt high-quality talent using industry-leading tools
  • Match candidates to suitable opportunities and guide them through the process
  • Negotiate offers and close deals
  • Meet clients and candidates both virtually and in person
