The Recruitment executive will support the HR team in executing day\-to\-day hiring activities across full\-time and executive roles. This is an entry\-level role suited for someone looking to build experience in end\-to\-end recruitment \u2014 from job posting and resume screening to interview coordination and recruitment data management. The executive will also assist with campus outreach and basic admin responsibilities.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

1. Job Posting & Hiring Support<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span>
<\/p>

  • Post job openings on platforms like Zoho Recruit, Naukri, Indeed, and internal company handles.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Share openings on LinkedIn and other relevant groups as directed.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure job descriptions are formatted correctly and regularly updated.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Track responses from each portal and maintain records of live postings.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    2. Resume Screening & Candidate Follow\-up<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p>

    • Screen incoming applications based on job requirements and shortlisting criteria.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates via call, WhatsApp, or email.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Maintain a clean and updated recruitment tracker (Google Sheets or Zoho Recruit).<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Share shortlisted profiles with the HR Manager and follow up on status.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      3. Campus & Internship Outreach<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/p>

      • Coordinate with placement cells and student coordinators for internship drives.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Share role details, JD documents, and the selection process clearly with college reps.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Maintain a college outreach database with contact names, dates, and responses.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Help set up Zoom / Google Meet rounds for intern hiring sessions.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

        4. Candidate Sourcing & Research<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span>

        • Source potential candidates from LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, and online job forums.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Keep a record of outreach efforts and candidate databases (intern / fresher / full\-time).<\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Assist in drafting job messages or campaigns for targeted hiring posts.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Research new recruitment platforms and outreach ideas.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

          5. Admin & HR Support<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span>

          • Help manage documentation from selected candidates (ID proof, resumes, offer acceptance).<\/span><\/span><\/span>

          • Assist in follow\-ups during the onboarding phase and track pending submissions.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Support basic office admin tasks during non\-recruitment hours (filing, printing, etc.).<\/span><\/span><\/span>

          • Ensure all internal hiring records are backed up in WorkDrive.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

            • Basic working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
