Job Summary<\/b>

We are looking for a Recruitment Executive<\/b> who will handle end\-to\-end hiring \u2013 from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have basic recruitment knowledge and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

• Understand hiring needs from different departments
  <\/li>
• Post job openings on job portals and social media
  <\/li>
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
  <\/li>
• Conduct screening calls for applied Candidates
  <\/li>
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and managers
  <\/li>
• Maintain candidate database and update hiring trackers
  <\/li>
• Assist in offer rollouts and onboarding process
  <\/li>
• Ensure a smooth experience for all candidates
  <\/li><\/ul>

  • Graduate in any field (preferably in HR or Business)

  • 1\u20132 years of experience in recruitment
    <\/li>
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    <\/li>
  • Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed)
    <\/li>
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the team
