As a Recruitment Intern, you will support the Recruitment Team in managing end-to-end hiring activities, with a primary focus on mass hiring for operational roles and recruitment administration. You will work closely with the People Team and Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, while gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition and hiring operations.
Responsibilities:
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and hiring coordination.
Support the Recruitment Team in managing high-volume (mass hiring) processes.
Prepare and manage recruitment-related documents, such as offer letters, employment agreements, and other administrative requirements.
Coordinate with candidates and Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Manage candidate data and maintain accurate records through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support other recruitment projects and HR administrative as assigned.
Requirements:
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Eager to learn, proactive, and highly organized.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Google Workspace is an advantage.
Able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 3 months.
Willing to work from the office.
