Recruitment Intern

As a Recruitment Intern, you will support the Recruitment Team in managing end-to-end hiring activities, with a primary focus on mass hiring for operational roles and recruitment administration. You will work closely with the People Team and Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, while gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition and hiring operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and hiring coordination.
  • Support the Recruitment Team in managing high-volume (mass hiring) processes.
  • Prepare and manage recruitment-related documents, such as offer letters, employment agreements, and other administrative requirements.
  • Coordinate with candidates and Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Manage candidate data and maintain accurate records through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support other recruitment projects and HR administrative as assigned.
  • Requirements:

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and highly organized.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace is an advantage.
  • Able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 3 months.
  • Willing to work from the office.
  • Available to join ASAP.
