Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for US-based positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews.
• Support international recruitment operations.
• Gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MBA, Psychology, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• No prior recruitment experience required.
