Recruitment Sourcing Manager - US Hiring

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for planning, organizing, and recommending strategies & actions to attract qualified individuals into the organization, while maintaining standards set-forth by the Company and by the Clients.

  • Develops and periodically reviews recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified personnel in a professional manner and at the shortest possible time.

  • Ensures proper administration of an effective recruitment process.

  • Does continuous research and knowledge acquisition on recruitment tactics and needs on how to attract top talent.

  • Ensures that manpower requirement for the different accounts/clients are met on a certain time frame

  • Establishes and maintains recruiting network with various schools, training centers and potential organizations that can provide / endorse pool of applicants.

  • Maintain & make recommendations for recruiting data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.

  • Provides qualitative and quantitative recruitment statistical reports.

  • Oversees the supervision of recruitment personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution. Evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in any field preferably with an MBA or post-graduate degree

  • US SOURCING EXPERIENCE IS A MUST

  • Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment Sourcing in a BPO setting.

  • Must have experience in doing ramp hiring in a call center industry

  • Must be amenable to work in Pasay
