Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of end-to-end talent acquisition — identifying, engaging, and securing the right candidates for client-facing and operational roles
  • Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive outreach to passive talent
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate communication skills, professional fit, and growth potential
  • Partner with business leaders and team heads to understand workforce requirements and deliver well-matched talent solutions efficiently
  • Guide candidates through every stage of the hiring journey with personalised support, honest advice, and genuine career coaching
  • Manage multiple job briefs simultaneously — prioritising effectively, meeting turnaround targets, and maintaining high placement standards
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders that extend beyond a single placement
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts through career fairs, networking events, and digital recruitment campaigns that elevate our talent reach

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Genuine passion for talent development and recruitment
