You'll execute sourcing strategies, maintain high\-functioning recruitment workflows, and help scale our hiring footprint across India, Pakistan, the Philippines, the USA, and LATAM.<\/span> Core Responsibilities<\/span> Global Sourcing & Pipeline Management<\/span> Execute sourcing strategies tailored to diverse markets\u2014India, Pakistan, the Philippines, the USA, and Latin America\u2014while managing high\-volume pipelines to meet client needs<\/span> Conduct initial screenings and quality checks to ensure candidates meet departmental standards<\/span> Systems & Workflow Management<\/span> Utilize and maintain Zoho Recruit for all global recruitment workflows<\/span> Ensure recruitment processes are consistently followed and aligned with established standards<\/span> Data Integrity & Documentation<\/span> Use Google Workspace to update and maintain functional recruitment dashboards<\/span> Track critical metrics such as screening\-to\-applicant ratios, turnaround time (TAT), and KPI/SLA adherence<\/span> Maintain comprehensive documentation and administrative credentials across all recruitment platforms<\/span> Candidate Qualifications<\/span> Must\-Haves<\/span> 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a recruitment agency environment<\/span> Proven experience hiring across global markets\u2014India, Pakistan, the Philippines, the USA, and LATAM<\/span> Proficiency in Zoho Recruit or a comparable ATS<\/span> Strong Google Workspace skills for data management and reporting<\/span> Excellent English communication skills with the ability to navigate cultural nuances in a remote, global environment<\/span> Good to Haves<\/span> Experience managing high\-volume pipelines across multiple regions simultaneously<\/span> Familiarity with KPI and SLA\-driven recruitment environments<\/span>
