      About the Role<\/span>

      We're looking for a highly organized Recruitment Specialist to support our global talent acquisition operations. You'll execute sourcing strategies, maintain high\-functioning recruitment workflows, and help scale our hiring footprint across India, Pakistan, the Philippines, the USA, and LATAM.<\/span>

      Global Sourcing & Pipeline Management<\/span>

      • Execute sourcing strategies tailored to diverse markets\u2014India, Pakistan, the Philippines, the USA, and Latin America\u2014while managing high\-volume pipelines to meet client needs<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>\n

      • Conduct initial screenings and quality checks to ensure candidates meet departmental standards<\/span>

        Systems & Workflow Management<\/span>
        <\/p>\n

        • Utilize and maintain Zoho Recruit for all global recruitment workflows<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>\n

        • Ensure recruitment processes are consistently followed and aligned with established standards<\/span>

          Data Integrity & Documentation<\/span>

          • Use Google Workspace to update and maintain functional recruitment dashboards<\/span>
            <\/p><\/li>\n

          • Track critical metrics such as screening\-to\-applicant ratios, turnaround time (TAT), and KPI/SLA adherence<\/span>

          • Maintain comprehensive documentation and administrative credentials across all recruitment platforms<\/span>

            Candidate Qualifications<\/span>

            • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a recruitment agency environment<\/span>

            • Proven experience hiring across global markets\u2014India, Pakistan, the Philippines, the USA, and LATAM<\/span>
              <\/p><\/li>\n

            • Proficiency in Zoho Recruit or a comparable ATS<\/span>
              <\/p><\/li>\n

            • Strong Google Workspace skills for data management and reporting<\/span>
              <\/p><\/li>\n

            • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to navigate cultural nuances in a remote, global environment<\/span>
