Job\nPosting & Employer Outreach<\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare and publish job\nadvertisements across recruitment channels. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Update and manage job\npostings on SMG\u2019s career page and other recruitment platforms. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure job descriptions and\njob specifications are accurate and updated. Internship\nPrograms<\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate internship\nprograms with universities and educational institutions. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage communication and\nscheduling related to internship placements. Onboarding\n& Integration<\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support onboarding\nactivities to ensure new employees are properly integrated into the\norganization. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate with HR and\nother departments to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
