D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Region Purchasing Accounts Coordinator. The right candidate will provide administrative, analytical, and process support to the Region Purchasing Department.
Salary Range\: $60,000 - $85,000, based on experience. This position is bonus eligible.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects
• Architecture coordination across all divisions, ensuring each division has support on new plans
* Management of plans, including coordinating with architects, reviewing updates and distribution plan sets to applicable divisions
* Act as lead for special projects at the request of Region Purchasing Department Management, which may include analyzing data, identifying purchasing processes, reporting research results, planning and coordinating multiple presentations, and disseminating information
* Monitoring and tracking quantity changes on new plans
* Day-to-day operational support to the Region Purchasing Manager
*Overseeing and managing the cloud-based plan management system to ensure accuracy at all times
• Communicate with other departments regarding issues that impact accounting and purchasing
• Handle confidential and non-routine information with discretion
• Organize and prioritize large volumes of information
• Audit Divisions to ensure proper collection of all rebates. Develop solutions to resolve issues as needed
• Interface with Corporate Purchasing Development Team to include maintaining and enhancing the Rebate/Incentive programs
• Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
• Ability to work overtime
• Ability to travel overnight
• Design and prepare general correspondence, memos, charts tables, graphs, business plans, etc.
• Identify, track, and resolve certain purchasing issues that pertain to the rebate program
• Organize usage data into standardized reporting format
