Job Description
- Provide legal advice and support to regional business units across ASEAN
- Draft, review and negotiate construction and commercial contracts
- Identify legal and contractual risks and propose practical mitigation strategies
- Support dispute management and recommend appropriate legal approaches
- Partner internal stakeholders on legal, compliance and governance matters
- Contribute to contract management frameworks, templates and policies
- Support regional legal initiatives, training and knowledge sharing
The Successful Applicant
A successful Regional Assistant Manager, Legal, should have:
- A recognised degree in law or equivalent qualification.
- Over 5 years of experience in corporate or commercial legal roles
- Strong hands‑on experience with construction contracts and related matters
- Proven ability to manage legal risk in project‑based environments
- Strong drafting, analytical and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience working across multiple Southeast Asian jurisdictions
