The Role

Regional Business Operations Specialist/Executive

What you'll be responsible for

  • Lead in trade coverage and store replenishment planning/management in his/her assigned area.
  • Manages and oversees Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance of third-party agencies on Inventory and Merchandising Specialist (IMS) hiring, deployment, coverage, and billings.
  • Coordinates with third-party management on capability-building programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinates and aligns with Key Customer Executives on customer operations requirements.
  • Coordinates and aligns with Outbound Logistics and Customer Experience on delivery standard operating procedures and schedules of customer outlets.
  • Coordinates and aligns with Cabinet Management Unit (CMU) team on cabinet deployment and management.
  • Builds customer relationships and contact strategy with Regional Business Unit Leads and Store Managers.
  • Lead in execution of local and national promotions and merchandising in his/her assigned area.
  • Responsible for cascade/download and execution of promotional and merchandising activities aligned with the Trade Execution Plan (TEP).
  • Responsible for customer and area compliance with Perfect Store metrics (Assortment/OSA, NPD, SOS, Visibility, and Merchandising Standards).


Key Responsibilities

Management of Third-Party Agency

  • Responsible for the topline operations management of his/her third-party agency.
  • Ensures competent and optimal manpower capability of the third-party agency to carry out the Service Level Agreement and/or terms of service.


Area Business and Operations Development and Execution

  • Responsible for on-time and in-full execution of agreed trade and category operating plans.
  • Ensures optimal and efficient business operations and coverage of new and existing outlets.
  • Acts as local point of contact and consultant in the area by providing feedback and developing activities suited to area/customer requirements.
  • Uses qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities and build partner capability to develop the area.

Cross-Functional / Network Management

  • Effectively engages cross-functional leads in the area for effective business partnering and delivery of desired results.

  • Sales Achievement and Growth
  • Perfect Store (OSA, Distribution Drive, Speed of NPD, SOS = SOM, Compliance to Visibility Standards)
  • On-Time and In-Full (OTIF) Execution of Activities
  • Third-Party Performance (PJP Compliance, IMS Attendance, Certification)
  • Business Waste and Asset Management (% Business Returns, % NPC)

  • Mid-career professionals with experience in Business Operations Management.
