Oversee the overall functioning of assigned Early Intervention Centres within the region. <\/li>
Monitor and ensure the effective implementation of early intervention services in accordance with organizational policies and quality standards. <\/li>
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Centre Coordinators and multidisciplinary teams, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, special educators, psychologists, and social workers. <\/li>
Conduct regular field visits to monitor service delivery, staff performance, documentation, infrastructure, and client satisfaction. <\/li>
Ensure timely identification, assessment, intervention planning, and follow\-up of children with developmental delays and disabilities. <\/li>
Coordinate with regional and head office teams to ensure smooth implementation of programs and initiatives. <\/li>
