Eliot is currently seeking a Regional Director to join our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) team. This is a high-level administrative and clinical leadership position. ACCS is a Department of Mental Health (DMH)-funded model that provides evidence-based, clinically focused interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. In this role, the Regional Director handles macro-level operational, fiscal, and clinical oversight for multiple multidisciplinary teams and residential/outreach sites across the North Shore catchment area.

The ideal candidate is an independently licensed clinical professional (LICSW or LMHC) with leadership experience managing multi-site, community-based mental health programs. They are a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented leader who excels at successfully mentoring, supporting, and retaining a 24/7 multidisciplinary workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure clinical, operations and administration requirements are being met.
  • Ensure all teams provide comprehensive and timely intake assessments to all referrals. Guarantee that persons served have access to all identified team members during the initial intake process in order to provide a continuum of care (i.e. vocational, medical, psychiatric, recovery, etc.).
  • Ensure that teams are coordinated and are overseeing all case management related services for all persons. This includes assisting Persons with managing income, insurance, other entitlements, accessing other services and community resources and scheduling/coordination of all medical and psychiatric appointments.
  • Make certain that services are culturally competent, strengths based, recovery based, focused on rehabilitation and are inclusive of Person preferences. Guarantee that the Person is at the center of all care and that all interventions are developed and provided in a manner consistent with Person preferences.
  • Ensure that Treatment Plans, assessments and all rehab option related work is focused on person preferences and goals, that the person is at the center of the process and that the interventions are clinically based. Make certain TPs are completed in a timely manner and treatment goals are realistic, attainable, and promote recovery.
  • Ensure that crisis management and risk protocols are utilized and that persons. Ensure teams identify risk issues in persons and bring risk issues to the risk management team in a timely manner. Ensure that teams/programs continuously assess risk and implement any risk plan developed by the committee and/or team members in conjunction with the person.
  • Continuously assess training needs of staff and work with supervisors to address identified needs. Assist teams in developing training to address specific team issues, provide training and guidance as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree and Clinical Licensure
  • At least 4 years of supervisory experience
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm with on call responsibilities

Annual Salary
$125,000$135,000 USD
