REGIONAL HR MANAGER (APAC) - SWISS MNC (WFH/ FLEXI-HOURS)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.

  • Support compensation reviews, market benchmarking, payroll, and manpower cost planning.

  • Manage regional HR projects, digitalisation, process improvements, and change management.

  • Act as HR business partner to regional leaders and provide HR advisory support.

  • Develop and maintain HR policies, frameworks, and governance standards across APAC.

  • Support workforce planning, HR analytics, engagement surveys, and HR KPI tracking.

Requirement:

  • At least a Degree in Human Resource, Business Admin or related

  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience

  • At least 5 years of regional experience in APAC

  • Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts as this role supports APAC region which includes China & Taiwan

  • Estimated 20% of business travelling is required
