Lead commercial revenue strategy and sales team performance across a portfolio of 16 hotels throughout Amarillo, Austin, Arlington, College Station, Houston, Frisco, Richardson, and San Antonio, TX.
Preference for candidates based in San Antonio or Dallas, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate revenue strategies for hotels in your market.
- Lead and coach a market sales team to grow accounts and capture new business.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics to improve results.
- Partner with internal teams (Revenue Management, Marketing, National Sales) to align strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 to 5 years of outside sales and account management experience (hospitality preferred).
- Demonstrated success in a seasoned leadership role with direct team oversight
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Drives results by partnering across departments to achieve shared business goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new platforms.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
