At Dott, we're on a mission to free our cities with clean rides for everyone. As our Regional Manager, you'll be Dott's voice and strategic partner to local governments, public transport providers, and key institutions across North & East Germany. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of urban mobility — building strong partnerships, enabling sustainable transport solutions, and driving our regional growth.
THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT
Represent Dott with local authorities, public institutions, and other stakeholders across North & East Germany.
Driving revenue generation, local partnerships, and customer acquisition strategies across the region.
Leverage regional market insights, engaging with local teams and leading expansion.
Build strategic partnerships with public transport operators and lead MaaS and city data-sharing initiatives.
Be the face of the business in your region. Act as a trusted advisor to cities and policy-makers on shared and sustainable mobility topics.
Develop commercial collaborations with local companies, universities, and other influential networks.
Lead business development and regional expansion efforts, including license management and tender participation.
YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Several years of experience in public policy, public administration, public affairs, PR, consulting, or related fields.
Ideally, experience in the mobility or transport sector.
Strong business acumen, with an analytical and creative approach to challenges.
Excellent communication and writing skills in both German and English.
Based in, or willing to relocate to Germany.
