\u2022 Graduate + PGDM/MBA in Sales/Business Management (or Master's in Social Work

\u2022 Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
<\/div>
1. Revenue Generation & Business Growth: Drive monthly/quarterly revenue targets
<\/div>
through corporate fundraising and institutional sales. Develop scalable revenue
<\/div>
strategies for the entire North region.
<\/div>
2. High\-End Corporate Client & Stakeholder Management: Handle key corporate
<\/div>
clients, pitch proposals, and close high\-value partnerships. Build relationships with
<\/div>
CSR heads and government bodies.
<\/div>
3. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and motivate regional sales team. Conduct
<\/div>
team\-building activities to enhance productivity.
<\/div>
4. Strategic Sales & Conversion Optimization: Design end\-to\-end sales strategies.
<\/div>
Analyse market trends to improve conversions.
<\/div>
5. Donor Acquisition & Retention: Identify and onboard new corporate donors. Maintain
<\/div>
donor databases for consistent engagement.
<\/div>
6. Government & Institutional Liaising: Represent organization in meetings with
<\/div>
government officials and PSUs.
<\/div>
7. Travel & Field Operations: Willingness to travel across north region for client
<\/div>
meetings.
<\/div>
8. Has to manage CM & BD team size of more than 20\-25 people.
