This role requires a strong storyteller who can translate business objectives into compelling campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential marketing channels.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

1. Brand and content marketing<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Develop and execute regional brand marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Create compelling content across multiple formats, including:<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      • Social media posts and campaigns<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Video concepts and scripts<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Customer success stories and case studies<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Event and webinar promotions<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Internal communications<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/ul>

        • Write engaging copy for offline marketing assets, including:<\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            • Billboard and outdoor advertising<\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Radio advertisements<\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Print campaigns<\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Event branding and signage<\/span><\/span><\/span>

              • Ensure brand consistency across all regional communications and touchpoints.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

                2. Social media management<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>

                • Plan, manage, and execute regional social media strategies across multiple platforms.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                  <\/p><\/li>

                • Develop content calendars aligned with campaign objectives, product launches, and regional events.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                  <\/p><\/li>

                • Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on audience engagement and insights.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                  <\/p><\/li>

                • Work closely with design and video teams to create impactful visual storytelling.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                  <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                  3. Campaign execution<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
                  <\/p>

                  • Support end\-to\-end planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                    <\/p><\/li>

                  • Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, approvals, and stakeholder communications.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                    <\/p><\/li>

                  • Collaborate with product, sales, partner, and regional teams to amplify campaign impact.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                    4. Vendor and agency management<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
                    <\/p>

                    • Manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, production houses, printers, event vendors, and freelancers.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                      <\/p><\/li>

                    • Coordinate quotations, contracts, timelines, and deliverables.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                      <\/p><\/li>

                    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to brand standards.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                      <\/p><\/li>

                    • Evaluate vendor performance and identify opportunities for optimization and cost efficiency.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                      5. Event and brand activations<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
                      <\/p>

                      • Prepare pre promotion event strategy<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                        <\/p><\/li>

                      • Develop and execute interactive brand activations across events<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                        <\/p><\/li>

                      • Promote event presence and participation via social media involving relevant stakeholders<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                        6. Project and operations management<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
                        <\/p>

                        • Maintain detailed project plans, content calendars, campaign trackers, and budgets.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                          <\/p><\/li>

                        • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines across different markets.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                          <\/p><\/li>

                        • Ensure efficient coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                          <\/p><\/li>

                        • Drive operational excellence through strong planning, organization, and attention to detail.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

                          Requirements<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/b><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>:<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/b><\/span>

                          • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

                          • 2\-3 years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, communications, or a related role.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                            <\/p><\/li>

                          • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with experience creating content across digital and traditional channels.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                            <\/p><\/li>

                          • Proven experience writing video scripts, advertising copy, social media content, and campaign messaging.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                            <\/p><\/li>

                          • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and audience engagement.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                            <\/p><\/li>

                          • Experience managing agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                            <\/p><\/li>

                          • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                            <\/p><\/li>

                          • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
