Regional Network Manager (ISO Tank)

  • Develop and execute strategies to improve the performance and competitiveness of the ISO Tank network.

  • Identify and implement new trade lanes, transportation solutions, and initiatives to support business expansion.

  • Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance service quality and cost efficiency.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the network team to achieve business objectives and build future leadership capabilities.

  • Design practical and cost-effective ISO Tank solutions that meet customers' operational requirements.

  • Partner closely with Operations, Procurement, Customer Service, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Resolve network-related challenges, including service disruptions, rising costs, equipment imbalances, and supplier performance issues.

  • Analyse market trends, customer demand, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and mitigate risks.

  • Develop efficient transport routes and operational flows to maximise profitability and service reliability.

  • Improve tank utilisation, reduce empty movements, and enhance round-trip efficiency to increase asset productivity.

  • Support pricing strategies and business development activities through effective network planning and design.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key logistics partners, including depots, trucking providers, ocean carriers, cleaning stations, and other service providers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent execution and operational excellence across the regional network.

  • Monitor partner performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the overall supply chain.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience within ISO Tank, chemical logistics, tank container, freight forwarding, or supply chain network management.

  • Strong understanding of regional logistics operations, trade lanes, and transport network optimisation.

  • Ability to balance commercial objectives with operational execution.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple countries and functions.

  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
