<\/span><\/span><\/p>Role\ndescription: <\/b>We are looking <\/span><\/span>for a detail oriented, P/L Head to be based out in Delhi NCR region. Individuals working in IFMS, manpower, logistics, warehousing industries will be preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/div>Strategic:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div> <\/span><\/span><\/span>\u2022 Developing the region\u2019s operations and\nprocess improvement strategy
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 Building and maintaining networks with leading corporate (current &\npotential clients)
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 Survey the environment for latest developments and best practices in facility\nmanagement (service offerings, tools & equipment\u2019s, etc).
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 Providing functional guidance to all the regions to ensure standardization of\noperations and execution practices across the organization
<\/span><\/span><\/div>Operational: <\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 Leading the development of SOPs and checklists to assist the Site Operations\nwhen initiating work with a new client/site; Gain approval from the President,\nOperations and guide the regional operations teams in the initial takeover of\nthe site
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 Guiding the creation and implementation of a standardized Operations strategy\nfor Site Execution based on client service offering across the organization;\nDevelop a detailed database / MIS system that can estimate material and labor\nrequirements and communicate the same to relevant departments within the\norganization.
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 Working closely with the SBU heads and closely monitoring operations\nimplementation for key/ Pan\- India accounts (as per organizational parameters);\nTrack resource utilization for the region on a continuous basis
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 Assisting the President in the creation of an escalation management system;\nOnce finalized, ensure communication with all regional clients and track and\nmonitor client escalations and timely resolution of the same from time to time
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 Assisting in the development of a framework for reporting & MIS and\nregularly track operational efficiency across SBUs
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 Assisting in developing a framework for Intra\-SBU as well as Inter\-SBU\nresource sharing; Guide the SBU heads in the implementation of the same to\nensure increased operational efficiency across SBUs and locations within the\norganization.
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 Guiding and overseeing timely and accurate Invoicing & Collections across\nSBUs and locations within the region; Tracking and monitoring Target vs. Actual\nperiodically in order to ensure zero delay in execution as well as minimal\nAccounts Receivable build\-up for the region
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 Assist in the development of Asset Maintenance and Control (of machinery\ndeployed at client site) mechanisms; Track and monitor lifespan of assets\nowned/leased by the company (Target vs. Actual) to ensure optimum utilization\nof each asset/machinery
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 Assist in the development of the Operational Risk Management strategy and\nperiodically track and monitor the same to ensure timely closure of identified\nQA/Compliance audit observations with a goal to attain 100% QA/ Audit\ncompliance
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 Assisting in the development of SOPs and checklists for Business closure\n(contract termination) and Site
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 closure; Oversee the development and implementation of processes that are\nclient\-friendly and ease transition
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 Leading the incorporation of client feedback at Closure/ contract termination\nstage to gain inputs on how organization could improvise on aspects of\nexecution/client relationship management and other factors that will lead to\nlonger association with key clients
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 Leading the incorporation of client feedback into various aspects of\nOperations and Client Relationship Management within the region and provide\ninputs to the President Operations.

<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 Driving cost savings through process standardization and effective project\nmanagement practices across projects within the region
<\/span><\/span><\/div> <\/span><\/span><\/span>\u2022 Developing Regional and project\nbudgets; Monitor and ensure adherence to the same people
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 Actively participate in recruitment of senior roles within the Operations\ndepartment for the region
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 Driving timely Performance Appraisal of staff / personnel within the region\nand assess & fulfill training and career development requirements.
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\u2022 Foster an environment of learning, excellence and innovation within all\naspects of teamwork
