An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Anchor\nGroup Services as a Regional Operations Manager, overseeing security, cleaning,\nand soft services operations across a portfolio of sites throughout London and\nsurrounding regions.<\/span>
<\/p>

Further to new contract wins and with an exciting\npipeline over the medium term, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a\ngrowing organisation where you will play a key role in driving operational\nexcellence, client satisfaction, and commercial performance.<\/span>

You will be responsible for leading a team of Site\nManagers, Supervisors, and frontline colleagues, ensuring high\-quality service\ndelivery across retail, corporate, hospitality, and mixed\-use environments.\nReporting to the Operations Director, you will act as a senior ambassador for\nthe business, fostering strong client relationships and delivering continuous\nimprovement across all contracts.<\/span>

A full UK driving licence and flexibility to\ntravel across the region is essential.<\/span>

Main Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

  • Provide strategic, operational, and commercial\nleadership across multiple security and cleaning contracts.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Oversee delivery of all soft services including\nsecurity guarding, CCTV, control rooms, cleaning, housekeeping, and concierge\nservices.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure high standards of service delivery aligned\nwith SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Lead contract performance through audits,\nreporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Manage incidents, escalations, and business\ncontinuity across all sites.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation\nincluding Health & Safety, SIA regulations, GDPR, and COSHH.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Develop and maintain risk assessments, assignment\ninstructions, and governance frameworks.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Take ownership of regional P&L performance,\nmanaging budgets, labour costs, and contract profitability.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Support contract renewals, bids, and mobilisation\nof new business opportunities.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with\nclients, stakeholders, landlords, and managing agents.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Act as the escalation point for key client issues\nand lead KPI and performance review meetings.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Lead, coach, and develop high\-performing teams\nacross multiple locations.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure\neffective recruitment, onboarding, training and succession planning in\npartnership with our Recruitment Team.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Manage\nperformance, disciplinaries, and employee relations in partnership with HR.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure effective workforce planning, rostering,\nand service resilience across all sites.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Produce and review operational reports, KPI\ndashboards, and compliance documentation.<\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Proven experience managing large, multi\-site\noperations within security and/or cleaning sectors.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Experience within retail, commercial, or mixed\-use\nenvironments is highly desirable.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong leadership and people management skills\nwith the ability to motivate and develop teams.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Proven ability to manage budgets and P&L\nperformance in a commercial environment.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement\nskills.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong problem\-solving ability with a proactive\nand solutions\-focused mindset.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • In\-depth knowledge of compliance, including SIA\nstandards, Health & Safety, and cleaning regulations (COSHH).<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word,\nExcel, PowerPoint) and workforce systems such as Timegate, Zoho, and Partner\nSystem.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Experience in recruitment, disciplinary processes,\nappraisals, and risk management.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Minimum 5+ years\u2019 management experience in a\nrelevant sector.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • SIA Licence desirable but not essential.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Eligible to work in the UK with a full 5\-year\ncheckable employment history.<\/span><\/span>
