Regional Payroll Analyst
The Regional Payroll Analyst has a key role in delivering world-class payroll support and services to contribute to an outstanding employee experience.
Americas: United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, Argentina, Chile
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, process, and review payroll-related data (e.g., new hires, terminations, compensation changes, time and attendance, benefits, and tax data) to support accurate and timely payroll cycles
- Enter and validate payroll data in systems
- Support Time & Attendance tracking
- Maintain accurate payroll records and generate standard reports
- Support adherence to payroll controls and company policies throughout the payroll cycle
- Support compliance with applicable federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Assist with audits, reconciliations, and payroll-related documentation
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide clear, customer-focused support
- Assist with research and issue resolution in partnership with internal teams and vendors
- Support Senior team members with complex payroll questions (e.g., gross-to-net calculations, multi-country issues)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation updates
- Cross-train with team members to provide coverage and support shared service operations across the region
- Gain exposure to regional payroll practices across the Americas (U.S., Canada, and Latin America)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred, with a strong understanding of payroll.
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in payroll, accounting, HR operations or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Office tools
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Exposure to payroll systems (ADP GlobalView, Celergo, eTime)
- Additional language skills (Spanish or Portuguese) preferred
