Role Summary
As a Regional Performance Analyst – Regional FP&A, you will support multiple market finance teams in delivering high-quality financial analysis, reporting, and insights. You will play a key role in driving standardization, accuracy, and efficiency across daily, weekly, and monthly performance management processes. This enables market teams to focus more on business partnering and decision support while ensuring strong financial governance and reporting quality.
You will gain exposure to P&L management, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional finance processes, making this an ideal role for someone looking to build a strong FP&A career path.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards covering sales, margins, costs, and P&L metrics.
- Support variance analysis versus Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year performance.
- Assist in Rolling Forecasts, Annual Plans, and Strategic Planning processes.
- Support Month-End and Year-End close activities, including reporting and analysis.
- Manage and validate financial data using SAP, Power BI, and other internal systems.
- Maintain data quality, master data hygiene, and ensure consistency across markets.
- Support automation and standardization of reporting tools, templates, and processes.
- Provide preliminary insights on performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with regional, global, and market finance teams to ensure smooth delivery of reporting and analysis.
So, What Does It Take to Be Successful in This Role?
- FP&A Foundation – Bachelor’s degree or qualified finance professional with at least 2 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, forecasting, or reporting.
- Strong Analytical Skills – Experience in financial modelling, variance analysis, and performance reporting with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Technical Capability – Proficiency in Excel, SAP (or equivalent ERP systems), and Power BI.
- Business Exposure – Prior experience in FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Goods industries is an advantage.
- Stakeholder & Communication Skills – Ability to simplify data, communicate insights clearly, and work effectively in matrix and cross-functional teams.
