Regional Portfolio Expert in Powertools division
Responsibilities include:
• Gathers deep knowledge about regional product requirements for specific trades & volume segments
• Defines portfolio need for specific trade / volume segment for the AA region
• Contributes to successful and efficient implementation of projects in regional product management
• Actively contributes to the business success for the respective trades & volume segments in a region
• Identifies user, dealer, sales & competitor insights for the respective trades & volume segments in a region and translates this into product demand
• Ensures methodological excellence when generating user & market insights
• Provides and supports with reliable volume forecasts for new products to the BU
• Contributes to the global product management team with regional insights across the development process
• Supports the global product management team in the go-to-market phase within PIF
• Monitors the regional business situation (market shares, competitor activities, etc.)

- Very good knowledge of respective target groups and their product portfolio
- Strong methodological skills in identifying user insights
- Proficient Marketing & Sales knowledge - ideally in Global Product Marketing
- Deep product knowledge
- Practical experience in UX & design thinking methods

- Strong communicator
- Strong decision-making, result orientation and analytical skills
