Regional Product Expert

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the local Sales team in China to ensure product knowledge, positioning, and value articulation are effectively communicated in all customer interactions.

  • Partnering with Product Marketing: Deliver localized enablement sessions, playbooks, and deal-support resources aligned with the global sales enablement strategy. Support go-to-market readiness for new product launches and updates, ensuring local alignment with global product narratives. Maintain awareness of regional competitive offerings and tailor enablement materials to local market needs.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Growth Support leadership to identify and accelerate high-impact opportunities.

  • Provide tactical deal support by aligning customer requirements with product capabilities and value propositions.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor in deal strategy discussions, helping teams overcome objections and optimize monetization outcomes.

  • Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams when unique partner requests or technical blockers arise.

  • Monitor and report on product adoption, deal velocity, and partner engagement within the Greater China region.

  • Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure data accuracy within Salesforce and related systems to ensure visibility into pipeline health and performance metrics.

  • Share recurring insights on regional trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities with Product Growth Support leadership.

  • Contribute to business reviews with structured data and qualitative feedback to guide prioritization and resource allocation.

  • Act as a liaison between regional field teams and Product leadership to communicate partner feedback and product improvement opportunities.

  • Participate in structured feedback loops to ensure that customer use cases and regional needs inform roadmap planning.

  • Support documentation of use cases, blockers, and success stories to help refine global product strategy.

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on refining messaging and positioning for regional relevance.

  • Adopt and maintain best practices in tools and workflows (Salesforce, Jira, internal dashboards, AI-driven analytics).

  • Ensure consistent communication and coordination with counterparts in other regions to promote global alignment.

  • Contribute to process improvements and tool optimization that enhance deal efficiency and data visibility.

  • Participate in global readiness meetings and feedback sessions to share learnings and standardize execution.

  • Stay informed on local industry trends, competitor activities, and partner sentiment to anticipate changes in market dynamics.

  • Represent Xsolla’s monetization products in customer and partner discussions, trade shows, or industry events within the region.

  • Provide qualitative intelligence to leadership to support market-entry decisions, product prioritization, and pricing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, any major, 3-5 years of experience in product/data analysis/business/presales related roles
  • Experience in the PC and mobile gaming industry (development, publishing or platforms)

  • Experience interacting with B2B clients and/or publishers

  • Deep product insight ability, able to quickly understand highly complex products, business logic, and business models

  • Strong interest in the gaming industry and third-party payment monetization models, awareness of D2C cases: Web Shops, external top-ups, in-game campaigns

  • Result-oriented, with strong learning ability and stress resistance

  • Strong English proficiency required for collaboration with global teams and international stakeholders
