Regional Property Specialist
We’re seeking a Regional Property Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a senior technical placement expert focused on large and complex Property insurance programs. You will support client teams and Regional Brokerage Leaders on new business, challenging renewals, and escalated client needs. This position requires deep market expertise, strong carrier relationships, and the ability to structure and negotiate sophisticated Property placements while contributing to strategic outcomes across the region.
Your Impact:
- Develop and execute placement strategies for complex Property insurance programs, including primary, layered, and excess structures
- Lead carrier negotiations to secure optimal pricing, terms, conditions, and coverage enhancements
- Strengthen and expand market relationships to improve access, responsiveness, and placement outcomes
- Identify, analyze, and quantify client exposures and present strategic recommendations
- Serve as a senior escalation resource for complex client issues, renewals, and coverage challenges
- Partner with Regional Brokerage Leaders and service teams on new business opportunities requiring advanced placement expertise
- Support renewals, remarkets, and program restructures with strategic guidance and market insight
- Provide in depth expertise in Property policy language, including manuscript wording for customized coverage solutions
- Ensure submission quality and underwriting narratives accurately reflect risk complexity and desired outcomes
- Coordinate and manage large placement projects and programs across teams
Successful Candidate Will Have:
- 7 or more years of insurance brokerage experience with deep specialization in Property placement
- Proven expertise placing large and complex Property insurance programs
- Strong carrier relationships and demonstrated success negotiating sophisticated placements
- Resident Property and Casualty license required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to lead through influence and collaborate effectively across regions and teams

Pay Range:
$170,000 - $200,000 AnnualThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
